I don't just look at the surface of the skin. I consider the neck, the décolleté, lymphatic flow and fascia as part of the whole.
At the heart of my therapy is a process that allows the face to release, open naturally and return to a more balanced, refined state — an approach I have developed and refined over many years.
A clarifying Korean facial for congested, blemish-prone skin that has become reactive from being treated too harshly.
A thorough deep cleanse clears build-up within the pores and settles active breakouts, without stripping the skin that surrounds them.
Targeted redness and sensitivity care then comforts visible irritation, dryness and tightness, restoring the delicate balance between moisture and oil.
A PDRN barrier-repair ampoule closes the ritual, supporting recovery where the barrier has been weakened.
Rather than clearing the skin at the cost of its strength, this treatment does both — leaving skin clearer, calmer and more resilient.
A Korean signature facial for skin that looks tired, dull or drained of moisture.
A PDRN barrier-repair ampoule and layered hydration flood the skin with moisture, restoring the plumpness and clarity that dehydrated skin loses first.
Because a face is never read on its own, the ritual continues into the neck, shoulders and décolleté, releasing the tension held there.
As that tightness eases, the neckline lengthens and the jaw appears lighter and more elegant.
The result is clear, luminous glass skin — bouncier, smoother and lit from within, carried by a neckline that looks as considered as the face.
Pores often look larger not because they have grown, but because the skin around them has begun to slacken.
Pore Blur Lifting treats the two together — lifting the skin that has stretched, and refining the pores that stretched with it.
Our Secret Sticky Lifting technique works along the cheeks and jawline, drawing softened contours upward for an all-over facial lift and an intensive, immediate de-puffing.
Skin-conditioning formulas then settle the surface, so texture reads smoother and pores appear visibly blurred.
Created for stretched pores, sagging cheeks and a jawline that has lost its edge.
For those who would rather not choose between glow, sculpting and lifting.
The ritual begins across the back and shoulders, where accumulated tension quietly shapes the neck, the posture and the overall impression of the face.
Korean Gyeongrak massage and Golgi facial lifting techniques then release that tension and lift the contours of the face — through the décolleté, the neck and the jaw, as one continuous flow.
No needles. No surgery. Only skilled hands.
A glass-skin finish completes the ritual, so the face is not only more defined but visibly clearer and more luminous.
Our most complete all-in-one facial — for a day when you would like to look entirely yourself, only more so.
We don't separate the face from the body.
The Signature begins at the abdomen, where the body quietly holds its tension, then moves through the back and shoulders, opens the neck and décolleté, and finishes at the face and scalp.
It includes our Korean Gyeongrak Sculpt in full, and closes with the Signature Jade Ball Ritual — warmed jade worked slowly along the contours of the face, offered in no other treatment.
Every stage is personalised to what your skin and body need that day, whether the priority is puffiness, tension, definition, barrier or glow.
Our most complete ritual, and the only place it exists.
Each add-on can be placed alongside any ritual on the menu, extending your treatment where your skin or body asks for it. Please mention it when you book so the time is held for you.
Focused sculpting for tense traps, rounded shoulders and a cleaner, more defined shoulder line.
For a brighter, clearer glow and smoother, polished-looking skin.
A fragrant salt ritual for smoother skin and a lighter, beautifully refreshed feel.
THE SOO does not treat the face as something separate. Tension held in the face — and the overall impression it gives — is connected to the neck, the shoulders, the décolleté and the body.
So our rituals often begin somewhere you would not expect.
The abdomen is the centre of the body, and tension can gather there long before we notice it.
Our abdominal ritual uses slow, refined handwork to help the body soften and release, then carries that sense of flow upward through the décolleté and into the face.
For THE SOO, abdominal work is not an add-on to a facial. It is where our whole-body approach begins.
Sometimes tension elsewhere has to be released before the face is touched at all.
Tightness across the back, shoulders and neck can influence how heavy the upper body feels, how you hold yourself, and the overall impression of the face.
Korean Gyeongrak Sculpting eases the back and shoulders first, then moves through the décolleté and neck into the face as one continuous flow.
At THE SOO, a facial does not stop at the jawline.
Treating the neck and décolleté along with the face allows for deeper relaxation, a more natural sense of flow, and a more complete facial experience.
Looking at connection rather than at the face alone is one of the guiding ideas behind every THE SOO ritual.
The scalp is the final connection that completes the ritual.
Slow, considered scalp work eases the tension held around the head and the edges of the face, bringing the treatment to a quiet close.
From the body to the face. From tension to release.
The menu you choose is a starting point, not a fixed formula.
Skin changes day to day, and so does the body. What you needed last time may not be what you need today.
On the day, we look closely at your skin condition and sensitivity, the tension in your face and your overall state, and adjust each stage and technique accordingly. No two treatments at THE SOO are ever the same.
THE SOO's programmes are beauty and wellness rituals. They are not medical procedures or medical treatment.
Results and how the experience feels vary from person to person.
Please let us know in advance about allergies, skin sensitivities, recent aesthetic or medical procedures, pregnancy or injuries — anything that could affect the suitability or comfort of your ritual.
If, on the day, a particular product or technique is not suitable for your skin or body, part of the programme may be adjusted so the treatment stays safe and comfortable.
For a calmer and more thorough treatment, please arrive with clean skin, or with as little makeup as possible.
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time so your ritual can begin unhurried and on schedule.
Depending on the ritual you choose, your treatment may include not only the face but also the neck, décolleté, scalp, abdomen or back.
Your comfort and privacy come first throughout. Professional draping is used so that only the area being worked on is uncovered.
Please tell us before your visit about any allergies, skin sensitivities, recent treatments or injuries that could affect your ritual.
Every appointment is a private session, held for one guest alone.
If you need to change your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance where possible.
If you arrive later than your appointment time, your treatment may need to be shortened out of respect for the guest who follows.
Where possible, please come with clean skin or minimal makeup.
You do not need to know exactly what your skin needs before you arrive. Finding that together is what our consultation is for.
Come as you are on the day. We will take care of the rest.
